SpaceX/Starlink reports licensing in roughly 164 countries (not clearly over 165), Starlink obtained a key Indian licence in June 2025 but is reported to still be awaiting security clearances and spectrum, and the government's official response rejects Musk's suggestion that private oligarchs (e.g., Ambani) are blocking Starlink.
